At PrintMyPhoto, operated by Ampri Technologies Pvt Ltd, all our products are customized and made to order. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it can be canceled only before the printing/production process starts.

If production has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy
Since products are personalized, refunds are provided only in the following cases:
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received a defective product
✔ You received a wrong item
3. How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund/replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos/videos of the issue

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
❌ Customer changed their mind
❌ Incorrect photo uploaded by customer
❌ Spelling or design mistake approved by customer
❌ Delay caused by courier partners
❌ Minor color variations due to screen/print differences
5. Replacement Policy
In valid cases, we will:

Reprint and resend the product at no extra cost
OR -
Provide a refund to the original payment method
Decision will be made by PrintMyPhoto after verification.
6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to the original payment method
